1. Introduction
   Welcome to TimerDash (the "App"), a timer and stopwatch mobile application built with a focus on user privacy and simplicity. The App is operated by Bidit Mazumder (also known as BananaSkinz) ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains the App's privacy practices. As part of our privacy-first design, TimerDash's core features work offline. You do not need to create an account to use the App. An internet connection is only needed when making a one-time Google Play purchase, performing entitlement checks, or using in-app updates. By using TimerDash, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
   
   
2. No Data Collection or Sharing
   TimerDash does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. Your settings and timer/stopwatch data (including any labels you create) are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded by TimerDash to any server.
   1. No Account Creation: TimerDash does not require you to create an account, and we never ask for any personal details, such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location.
   2. No Analytics or Tracking: TimerDash does not track or profile you. The App does not include analytics or tracking services, such as Google Analytics, crash reporting SDKs, or telemetry that monitors how you use the App.
   3. No Advertising: TimerDash is ad-free. We do not use advertising SDKs or access advertising identifiers.
   
   
3. Local Data and Preferences
   TimerDash stores a small amount of data locally on your device for core functionality and convenience. This includes preferences and your timer/stopwatch data (for example, names, colors, start time, and running/paused state). This information is stored in the App's private storage on your device and is not uploaded by TimerDash to any server. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling TimerDash. Note that Android system backups (managed by your device/Google account) may include some App data.
   
   
4. In-App Purchases
   TimerDash's premium features (such as running multiple timers/stopwatches at once) are unlocked via a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play.
   1. Payment Processing: Payment processing is handled by Google Play's billing system. We do not receive your personal or payment information; those are handled by Google. Google processes information related to your purchase under its own policies. We only receive non-identifying purchase/entitlement information (such as a purchase token and purchase state) to unlock premium features.
   
   
5. App Updates
   TimerDash uses Google Play's in-app update mechanism to fetch App updates. During the update process, limited technical information (such as your device's OS version and current App version) may be processed by Google Play services to deliver the correct update files. TimerDash does not see or store this information; it is handled by Google under its privacy policy.
   
   
6. Third-Party Services
   The only third-party service integrated into TimerDash are Google Play services for billing, entitlement checks, and in-app updates. Google may process limited technical and entitlement-related information to provide these services, under Google's privacy policy.
   
   
7. Data Security
   TimerDash stores your timer/stopwatch data and settings in the App's private storage on your device. This data is protected by Android's App sandbox and your device's security features (such as screen lock and device encryption, depending on your device settings). TimerDash communicates with Google Play for processing your purchase, entitlement checks, and in-app updates, and those communications are encrypted in transit.
   
   
8. Children's Privacy
   TimerDash is not directed to children under 13, and we do not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
   
   
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
   We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this policy. The most current version will be posted on our Google Play Store listing and included in the latest version of the App. The updated Privacy Policy takes effect when you install, update, or use a version of the App that includes it. By continuing to use the App after an update, you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
